Illustrative images and artificial intelligence

Some illustrative images on this site were generated or retouched with artificial intelligence tools. They are purely illustrative and non-contractual: they do not depict a place, a property, a piece of equipment or a service actually delivered, and cannot bind HD Media as to the outcome of a project.

This notice meets the transparency obligations of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence (the AI Act) and follows the French State Design System’s guidance on the presence of AI in content: content produced or modified by an AI must be flagged clearly, honestly and proportionately, neither overstating nor understating the tool’s share.

Conversely, the immersive content published on this site consists of real photography: 360° virtual tours, panoramas, HDR photographs, drone views and 360° videos are shot on location by the photographers of the HD Media network, whether they load in an embedded frame (iframe) within the pages, open from the 360° gallery or are viewed at their own address. They are neither generated, nor recomposed, nor “enhanced” by artificial intelligence.

Where a service deliberately relies on AI — virtual home staging, retouching or space redesign — it is identified as such on the page presenting it, and the before / after comparisons shown there are demonstrations.

Any question about the origin of an image: contact@hdmedia.fr.

Commercial reference

Unless the Client objects in writing, HD Media is authorised to mention the Client's trade name and/or logo as a commercial reference on its communication materials, in particular its website, its sales presentations and its social media. This authorisation implies no partnership, sponsorship or affiliation between the parties. The Client may request the removal of this reference at any time, in writing.

However, HD Media cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information made available. HD Media therefore declines all liability for any imprecision, inaccuracy or omission relating to information available on the site.
